QuestionL What are the thumb rules for a healthy heart?
1. Have a good diet, take less carbohydrate, more protein, and less oil
2. Have enough exercise, a minimum of 1/2 hour of walking, at least 5 days a week. Sitting for a long time should be avoided.
3. Stop smoking
4. Have your weight under control.
5. Have your blood pressure and sugar under control.
Question: Which is better–jogging or walking?
Ans: Walking. Jogging makes one tired easily and could injure the joints.
